The graphics in this movie are stunning, the characters are great, with new songs to enjoy. I think the things added to the story only enhance it and do not take away from the classic. Great movie for the whole family.

Very enjoyable movie. Loved the fact that it didn't stray from the animated version which allowed me to sing all my favorite songs. Told my son not to watch it with me because I am Belle and I'm singing everything lol.

this is a must have for your family Disney collection. it seems to be more of a musical than the animated version from what I remembered but it could be the same too. Emma Watson sings great and portrays a great Belle.

LOVE this movie!! I love the original songs from the original movie, and the new songs they put in it. I don't watch a lot of movies more than once, but I have already watched this one multiple times in four months.

My grown daughters always loved the animated version and when I saw the previews of this I loved it and couldn't wait to see it. It was a great movie and my 5 yr old granddaughter even sat and watched the whole thing.

This is a great family movie with neat effects. I got the blu-ray + dvd pack so my mom gets the blu-ray for her b-day & I'll keep the regular dvd. It only cost 4-5 dollars more to buy them that way. It's worth it!

Awesome live version of the 90s animated movie. Pretty cool that they even used the same songs from the animated movie making it a pretty cool musical type movie. The nieces love it! Must have for all Disney collection

I loved it. Definitely a 5 star. I am 61 yrs young, and I bought it for me. I am a gear head, but love romance. Watching this movie, by my self, I cried. It is worth the special trip to get it. And I love the blue ray.

Saw the cartoon movie when I was younger. My wife took our daughter's to watch it at the movie theater,and they loved it. When it came out they asked me to buy it. And I did. Turned out to be a great buy. Kids love it.

I wasn't sure how the live action version would hold up against the classic animated film, but I was pleasantly surprised!! This was a great movie with great performances. They even added great new songs! Recommended.

It literally follows the movie from the 1990's... which is the ONLY Beauty & the Beast that I knew growing up. Disney did some magic with this film; and all together will bring another generation of Disney fanatics. (:

My family truly enjoyed this movie! Although just about everyone knows the story of Beauty and the Beast, this movie includes some additional details that fit well into the story. P.S. - the steel book is beautiful...

This movie is a wonderful rendition of the classic story of Beauty and the Beast. You can never do wrong with Emma Watson, and the cinematography is fantastic!! A must have for all families and everyone else alike!!!!

A great adaption from a cartoon to live action. I bought it for someone and she loved it.

Saw this movie in the theater and enjoyed it even though it will never compare to the original animated version. Bought this version for the steelbook, looks great and is a welcome addition to my steelbook collection.

This movie was wonderful!! The characters in this live action movie are spitting images from original cartoon version. Emma Watson was amazing portraying Belle and love the additional back story on her and the Beast.

Disney was spot on with this live action version. Actors were perfectly matched to the animated version. The new additions to the story were nicely done. They kept enough of the animated that version that is so loved.

I DoD not ever think it could be done but this film to me in my oppion is slightly better than the original cartoon movie and on blue-ray DVD while it is on sale for $19.99 for 2 disc set is an absolute bargain. Wow !

This is another beautiful steelbook from Disney with a nice glossy finish. The movie is a wonderful remake of the animated classic. It's a shame that Disney did not release a 3D Blu-ray disc here in the United States.
