Awesome movie from when they made the classic. Angela Lansbury is great!

This is one of those nostalgic movies for me. One that I would watch on TV when I was a child. Love it!

Of always enjoyed watching this classic. Was great for the kids. Just as great for the grand kids.

Growing up, this was a favorite movie of mine. What I liked about it was the story it told, of Ms. Eglantine Price (Angela Lansbury), an apprentice witch taking up three children as residents during World War II. The children discover her flying on the broomstick, and a bedknob is enchanted, for travel. They meet Prof. Browne, and go on a journey to learn the spell of Substitutiary Locomotion, involving a trip to Portabello Road (think a vintage flea market), and to the animated Isle of Naboombu, with a soccer game using primarily recycled animation. When the German army decides to do a practice Run, Ms. Price uses the spell of Subtitutiary Locomotion to bring Medieval Armor to life, and scare the Germans away! My one qualm with this is that this isn't the same as the 2009 Extended Edition, but as the bookman once said, "I don't mind saying, to see it together at last, there isn't much I wouldn't do."

One of the best movies from my past. Would recommend it

This is a good Disney movie to own when it’s on sale.

I had seen clips of this movie over the years, but never continuously to understand what this movie was actually about. Getting the Blu-Ray gave me a chance to see the entire move and I thought it was pretty good. It's a light hearted film about a beginner witch trying to get a spell book so she can do all spells in her correspondence class. In doing so, she learned that having friendship is a priority in her life where she was previously content on being alone.

I didn't know the lady from murder she wrote did any other shows. Turns out she is basically Mary Poppins in this movie. Definitely a fun movie to watch, only problem was the DVD I bought skipped a few times, not sure if that's cause it's old or what but there isn't any scratches so not sure what happened there. Other than that I was happy with my purchase.

I remember watching this movie growing up as a child. I jumped on the movie when it came out in BluRay without seeing if it was just nostalgia or was it a good movie. I still remembered all the songs and had a blast watching it with my kids. They thought it was great, I thought it was good. Definitely a family friendly movie that reminds me of the good days growing up!

Leave it up to my wife to find the obscure Disney classics that I never heard of...lol.One of her favorites as a child and Best Buy had it and brought tears to my wife's eyes remembering watching this with her Mom.Many happy memories with this one.Thanx,BBuy for making my wife remembering her happy childhood.

Bedknobs And Broomsticks may not have the cache of Disney's similar outing, Mary Poppins, but it's still a very entertaining film. Strong blu-ray release with excellent video & audio, but lacking in extra features. Here's hoping Disney will release more of their live-action titles on blu-ray soon.

This is a classic Disney children's story redone for DVD. The looks are improved over the old VHS versions and the story is still the same. This is an enjoyable children's movie that will take young adults who grew up on it back to their childhood memories.

I got a great price on it and it's a Disney classic worth making it part of anyone's collection. If you like Mary Poppins you definitely want to check this follow up classic.

Overall the Blu-ray is terrific! The film looks great. My only quibble is the Extended Cut isn't available in full. The Extended Cut scenes ARE available separately in the Deleted Scenes section, though.... so at least they're there!

Things have changed with Disney plus and that alters the hard copy value. I wanted this, often have power outages and this was on sale at Best Buy. Would get again.
