Beetlejuice is one of my all-time favorite comedies so any version of it will be great, but this 4K version is by far the best way to watch. Movies with this many practical effects and such elaborate production design benefit the most from the format, and you will inevitably notice small details for the first time that will only make you appreciate it even more than you already did.

I had this on laserdisc "back in the day", the colors and design of the movie were amazing. Great story, really something different. Of course this 4k version outshines it. Alec Baldwin looks like he's twelve years old. Haven't seen it in quite awhile so it was fresh. Worth a look.

Glad to finally own this title in stunning 4K UHD! Warner Bros does it again with yet another amazing restoration of yet another classic Tim Burton flick(also check out Burtin's Batman movies, also beautifully remastered in 4K)! Can't beat Michael Keaton in this hilarious performance as "the ghost with the most"! Highly recommended for any fan of this awesome '80s horror-comedy!

The 4k format really helps the colors of Tim Burton's early films shine. This is a true original whose tone and humor are really only similar to Burton's other work and perhaps the partnership of Jean Pierre Junet and Marc Caro. If you don't already own Beetlejuice this is the version to have and if you already own it and it's a favorite, it's worth the upgrade.

Another fabulous transfer of a catalog title to 4K UHD by Warner Brothers. I know it gets said a lot, but it was almost like watching this film for the first time again. The 4K increase in detail is great. Also, the HDR color grading gave the film a depth I have never seen, as well as highlighting colors and shadows to really pull you into the film.

A 90s classic that I just had to own. Loved this movie growing up and had waited for this edition for a while. Now that it's here, I'm a little disappointed at it's lack of special features, including 3 episodes of the cartoon, and that's it. But after watching, it looked great. The colors really stood out, and I highly recommend for any big fans out there.

Beetlejuice is hands down an all time classic. I saw this movie in the theater as a kid & instantly loved it. This is the movie that put Tim Burton on the map & led him into the Batman films with the wonderful Michael Keaton. Great cast, crazy special effects, & down right hilarious. Trust me when I say this is well worth your money.

Its a classic you know exactly what youre buying why are you reading reviews on such an old movie. If you dont own it and you want better quality than streaming then buy it. If youre okay with streaming then why are you looking at reviews for movies?

This movie is great on 4K. It has a terrific transfer with great detail and wonderful colors. Hair, textures, makeup, and set design have very nice details. The color tone of the movie is very good compared to the somewhat warm image from the 2008 Blu-ray release. This movie is a classic and I’m thrilled to have this in my UHD collection.

This 1988 goth-fantasy film is fun and creative. Some of the things I really like about the film is the excellent soundtrack; fun model of town; creative and imaginative look at afterlife; the sets and use of lines and colour; Winona Ryder makes a fantastic goth teenager and does the best acting in the film in my opinion.

Bar-none the best 4K restoration I've ever purchased. As mentioned in one of my previous reviews of their releases, Warner Brothers have been doing a great job with these restorations but WOW. Not a single negative thing I can say about this restoration and release. 100% instant purchase worthy whether you know the film or not.

Burton’s film holds up well, especially for our 10-year-old son, who laughed uproariously at the “forced dance” bit during the dinner party. The effects may look clunky to 21st-century eyes, but they’re perfect for the goofy horror aesthetic that Burton does so well. My only complaint? Michael Keaton! His improvisations aren’t as clever as you might have remembered, although his manic energy keeps things moving. But you may not have recalled how little time he actually spends on screen, a fact that kinda saved the film for me this time around. The transfer is colorful and looks filmic. And yes, Catherine O’Hara is perfect.

I'm glad the studio was able to keep the 1.85:1 aspect ratio so that the 4K HDR fills the entire TV screen. It's one of the most beautiful 4K adaptations I've seen. The colors really pop due to the Dolby Vision HDR! The movie is still incredible and definitely worth a watch during Halloween season!

One of my favorite Tim Burton movies of all-time. I wanted to upgrade the movie to 4k for awhile and it was hard to find, thankfully Best buy never let's me down. I must say this movie looks great in 4K! Especially the scene where Beetlejuice is tricking Lydia into saying his name 3 times.

This is peak Tim Burton. The movie is awesome. Visually impressive and I think it still holds up to this day now that it has a sharp 4k release. The acting is great and the music is on point.

impressive visual and audio dynamic ranges. amazing how his ~17 minutes of screen time really command the movie... the underworld scenes in particular are razor sharp and the colors and contrasts incredibly vivid. great print of the classic movie, would highly recommend!

This movie is definitely a classic, but i haven't enjoyed watching it since one of the first times I saw it. The color pops, I am noticing things in the background I haven't noticed the other 100 times I've seen it, and the audio is fantastic. Huge upgrade over the blu ray.

This is probably the easiest thing to do. Stop what you are doing and go buy this now! One of the all time classic movies in glorious 4K. This really could not have turned out any better. Love this. Hopefully they will finally make a sequel at some point.

This great movie has never looked this good before! Unfortunately, there are no new extra's or bonuses, with exactly the same one included on the original Blu-Ray release

Awesome 4K Upgrade. Picture and sound quality is greatly enhanced by the HDR Upgrade, especially with the Tim Burton aesthetic of filmmaking. Further the soundtrack really shines with this sound Upgrade when utilizing a surround sound system.
