The other I sometimes have to fiddle with the plug to get it to work. I've already thrown the boxes away so I can't take the one back. I would like to see them design one for the car.

By the way, when charging a device make sure that it's free from foreign objects, like keys or a wallet, on or near the charging pad that could affect charging.

Our wireless chargers require direct physical contact between the phone and charger. The charging coils inside the phone and the charger must be connected and aligned, that's why using it while charging may cause movement and disconnection.
