Turning off the phone vibration, placing the charger on a flat/even surface, and ensuring that the phone properly rests on the pad are some of the things that will help to avoid disconnections. The Belkin BOOST CHARGE Wireless Charging Stand 10W supports Apple 7.5W fast charging, and Samsung 9W fast charging but, it might not be able to charge AirPods wireless charging case since the coils won't align.
However, we could have tried to remove the phone case for isolation, and plug its AC adapter into a different power outlet to see if that made any difference.

Not suitable for Sony phones

Unbeknownst to me, this did not work well for my new IPhone 12 pro. It caused the phone to get extremely hot. In fear of damaging the phone, i stopped using the charger and returned it.

This product is good, but looks susceptible for short durability. Feel like one drop the bottom part that holds up the phone will snap. My biggest problem is the slow rate it takes to charge, even when on airplane mode and low battery setting off. At a point I'd much prefer just grab a cable unless im sitting down doing work, sometimes rendering the purchase useless.
