The behavior of the charger is unusual as we designed it to support most Qi-enabled devices in the market. Make sure that there are no phone cases used thicker than 3mm (lightweight plastics only), and the compatible phones are running the latest firmware. It’s quite unusual for the charger to stop working in just a month. Have you tried plugging it into a different power outlet or test a different compatible phone for isolation?
