After purchase, it lasted 5 months out of the box and now I have to toggle with with the wire that connects behind the pad to get it to charge. I've tried different phone with Qi capability and the same issue arises.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the record, I bought two copies of this item by mistake, and due to an error I couldn't return/refund them. That being said, going through 2 of these devices makes me certain that my issues weren't a fluke or a lemon - it's consistent in both copies. Once you take this item out of the package, it'll work fine right away. You just need to supply a way to connect the micro USB cable into another device or outlet. But after a week of regular use, and even a few days without using it at all, I found that both chargers stopped properly charging. Even as I type this review, my phone went from 25% to 15% while sitting on the stand. It also picks up and drop off actually charging every few seconds now. I wish I could get both of these refunded, as I deem this product ineffective in such a short time after unboxing. I understand at 10W that it will not charge fast, but it shouldn't be constantly dropping the ability to charge while it sits next to me. It's a shame because I've used Belkin products in the past for other devices and didn't recall any issues like this one.

Stopped working after a few months - Not recommend

Try removing the phone case if you're using any. Please reboot the affected and tested phones to better isolate it as well.

Don't Purchase - Piece of trash

Bought 2 of these a little over a year ago for our Apple 10 max's. Both go out a few days apart. One would think something as simple as this product works it would outlast the phone but it doesn't. I would say purchase a cheaper one at WalMart.
