The sound is more than adequate for my needs. I also have a Belkin charger that is the same style, but without the speaker. I have a thin Apple case covering my iPhone 11 plus, and it charges my phone with no problem. I got this on sale, so the price was right for me!

One complaint is that when disconnecting there is a LOUD notification which is not great in the morning when your partner is sleeping. Other issue is that my phone does not charge on this device as it's an older iphone.

And you can lay your phone horizontally and use it as stand to watch shows on your phone and it'll still charge. We ended up buying extra for around the house

The wireless charging was pretty fast. Unfortunately the sound was pretty bad. It sounded just like my phone’s audio but slightly louder. I ended up returning it.

I like that you can charge your phone standup or laying it sideways, most chargers won't let you do that. I also like that there's a light that shows if it's charging.
