Make sure you read compatible machines

I'm sure this may be a good docking station for some but if you don't have one of the compatible machines, it may not fully work. I purchased this initially and was using it primarily for the USB ports. I then wanted to use the DisplayPort and HDMI port for my M1 Mac. The HDMI worked great but DisplayPort did not. After going back and forth with support I finally received a replacement unit. That one, had a similar issue with my M1 Mac. I'm sure it would work fine with a compatible laptop but since M1 was not support mine does not.

I thought I would be able to connect two screens to my mac with their new chip but this was not the case. I got a cheaper version on amazon and returned this one.

It'll do the job

Only 4 star because we over paid for it at BB. Now it's 50 bucks cheaper.

Well this device was not for me.

Another great fiction is this allows slight elevation of the MacBook allowing for both better air circulation as well as heat dissipation. Note that in order to use the slots allocated on this device, you need to pay attention to the width of the base connection of the device you intend on using. For clarification, if multiple ports are being used, if the base connection is too wide it will not allow for the port adjacent to be used. Hope this helps.
