I should not have to spend extra money to get a USB-2 male x female extension cable. But even if I did there's not a good cable available to buy that will work properly with all the ports on this dock. I called Belkin but they were no help whatsoever. The dock does work quite well but getting to the ports is the problem.

Disappointing — Failed After Only Four Months

Unfortunately, after just four months of use since July, it completely failed. Very disappointing performance from a name-brand product.

Love using for my laptop w/light burn software

My current software I use for my laser cutting machine can only be used via usb connection and I love how I can put this right under the laptop and it doesn’t get in the way when I’m doing my cutting.

Because it only has one HDMI port , the other monitor has to be VGA. It works well EXCEPT the VGA port does not screw into the dock so it is constantly coming loose or even just falling out. I can not believe a company like Belkin would have such a design flaw in one of their products.

Now my Bluethooth is crazy!

Since started using the hub my bluetooth is totally crazy and that also affects the system shut down and restart. I have tryed reinstall bluethooth driver but still have this problem. i hate those drivers incompatibilities problems so much!!

Just dead after 2 months of light usage! Pass, find anything else and especially don’t purchase from Best Buy! Had I purchased this from another company, i would easily be able to get a replacement. Best Buy has a TWO WEEK return policy. I hate that I can no longer shop here and have that warm and fuzzy feeling if something goes wrong, it’ll be made right :/ Do better!

But if your going to make a wedge to fix under the back of your laptop Make the C cable 3 to 4 inches longer. I can't plug in the cable it's to short for any of my ports.
