My only issue is i cant figure out how to get the ipad to charge while all devices are connected.

Does not work with HP products - from Belkin

However, after encountering an unstable connection while trying to use two different HP laptops, I called Belkin and only after all the "is it plugged in?" "Is your computer on?" questions, the customer service rep admitted to me that this hub only works with one model HP computer. I don't know how USB-C is not "universal" anymore, but Belkin found a way. Would not recommend if you plan to ever use it with an HP device.

I used a G E high performance cord and the HDMI cord that came with the monitor. Im not going to return it, it still servres the purpose I purchased it for.
