Went into Best Buy, spoke to an associate and they had us fixed up with this new, better quality charger in just a few minutes!

Worked for a Little Bit

Not sure why. Tried using another cord to determine if cord was the issue, but no other cords worked with it either. Disappointing, considering we used this moderately and took good care of it.

Finally went to Apple, and the Belkin product was recommejnded - should have done this first! Product works fines as advertised.

The cord stays plugged into my iPhone because it does not cause tension on the connection like the spiral cord of my previous charger did.
