Huge price difference. Hated that I had to go back out of my way and get it exchanged.

Cuts out

The audio by itself works but there are cheaper alternatives.

That's odd considering that the adapter (NPA004) has been tested to work with Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy Note20, Samsung Galaxy Note9, and Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1-inch.
Please try using the adapter with another handheld devices to isolate the setback. Additionally, you’ll be asked to contact our phone support if further troubleshooting is needed.

I even emailed the executive resolution team at the CEOs email and was ignored. Figure out the process Best Buy. Won’t go back in a store or make another Best Buy purchase until my fraud issue with Best Buy is resolved.

Didn't work with headphones

Can't Do The One Thing It Is Meant To Do

As soon as I plug in a USB cable for charging, the audio playback is stopped or forced out the phone's speakers, with no way of switching back. I even tried cutting the data pins of a USB cable and it still does not work.
