Do Not Buy! Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

Submitted a claim with Belkin. Crickets for 3 weeks. I get the response when im 2 days into a week and half vacation. I explained in the email that i was out of town and couldnt take the picture needed until i returned. They said they would keep the case open and i could respond when i was back home. Three days later i get a case closed email due to no response. I ignored it and sent the picture needed. 11 days so far and no response. Last Belkin product ill ever buy and I hope you avoid the headache from the terrible customer service as well.

Watch charger stopped working

Honestly, it's a great design and feels like it's built well, but I would not recommend it due to the fact that I can't even use it as a 3-in-1 charger anymore.

Not great with magsafe phone case

The phone has to be placed precisely on the charger, or it can slip right off, or not charge at all. Watch charging is fine.

The Charger is really slow and Noisy

Charging all three devices—iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods—at once is unbearably slow, likely due to the insufficient 15W output. Worse, adding the third device causes an annoying squeaky noise, making it seem like the charger is struggling to handle the load. For a premium-priced product, this level of performance is unacceptable. If you’re considering this for multi-device charging, save your money and look elsewhere.

Unreliable and low quality

After purchasing this new one 40 days ago, it again stopped charging my phone or any other MagSafe compatible phone. These chargers look great, but they’re very low quality snd thr warranty process with Belkin is excruciating. My recommendation? Find a different 3-in-1 charger. There are plenty out there, and this one is unreliable.
