My only issue is that it was supposed to be black and that is what I was invoiced for, but the one I received is white. With it being Christmas I just kept it.

Our charging pads and stands should work fine on phones with cases not thicker than 3mm, and should only composed of lightweight plastics (not metal objects). Try removing the phone case, or even use another phone case to see if the same thing happens, and to further isolate the setback. Wireless Charger is the Best

The bad news is a few months after purchasing, it started to create a high pitched, chirping sound from the power supply cable. I am now working with Belkin on a replacement.

Unfortunately it only works really well for the phone. In all fairness I have a bumper on my watch, but i am not going to take it iff every time I want to charge it. I took this to my office and use it to charge my phone. If I decide to get ear buds, maybe it will work well for that.

So you need to remove phone from case.
