They don’t carry it in the store where I live, so I returned it and had to order a replacement. Plugged it in and tried…the exact same issue. No charge to the AirPods no matter what I try. It charges the phone, and the watch but no AirPods. What a complete waste! I’m done with this.

Not good - don’t buy

Even when I move the phone (12 Pro) around, the status stays orange, which means it detects the phone but won’t charge. White light means it’s charging. However, I will go to sleep with it being white then wake up in the morning and it’s only half charged with orange status light. Not worth 120.

We attempted to return it and were told we were outside the return period of 14 days. We were 2 days past this period and . I understand the policy but I assumed 30 days as most policies are. We asked to speak to the manager for possible in store credit but he was extremely rude . Last purchase Best Buy will get from us!!

I have been careful with my charging station but it appears the weight of my phone broke the charging pad. I have noticed it going from charging to not charging while the phone is resting in the pad. I’ve had this item for 8 months. Was hoping it would’ve lasted longer. The AirPod and Apple Watch charging pads work great.

Not great with camera bumps

It does indicate its charging but off. sometimes the light goes yellow and it doesnt actually charge. Too bad past returned period or this would be going back. the max may go high enough over, i dunno i dont have one.
