There is something loose with the plug that connects to the back of the device. Unfortunately it’s too late to return but hoping to prevent someone else from making the same mistake in purchasing this item.

For isolation, please try to plug it in into another power outlet and try charging another compatible device on it and see if the same issue arise. I continued to use it with my new phone but only for about 6 weeks and then it stopped working for the phone and watch. Its a great charger if you can afford a new one every two months otherwise would not recommend

You can try to place another phone and watch on the charger for isolation and try to plug its power supply into a different wall outlet to see if that will make any difference. Other options don’t make you have to close your watch band. All that said, it does do the job it says. I ultimately returned and found another option.

This will NOT charge the ultra 2. You can catch a charge signal occasionally but it does not continue to charge the watch, I am assuming because its bigger than most of the other watches. My case is a regular defender pro otterbox case. I have since ordered a Qi magsafe case, but since this wont charge my watch either, i am returning it before i get to try the new case.

2nd Generation 3-in-1 -Not Worth the money

Just ok. Not worth the money. I thought this charger was supposed to charge faster than the first generation 3-in-1. This second generation is supposed to have 15w charger.
