Doesn’t work

The charging portion for the AirPods doesn’t work. Unfortunately, we now have to go through the process of returning and trying to replace with one that works. Less than happy about this purchase.

The WIZ001 charger is compatible with most lightweight phone cases up to 3mm in thickness. Too thick cases will hinder the communication between the charging coils causing disconnection.
