Only issue I had was that my bumper case for my watch made it incompatible with this charger. Once I took the case off, charging was okay. Your watch has to be perfectly aligned or it can go without charging the whole night. The stand for the phone can also be risky if you have a thicker case that isn’t grippy. A decent nudge can cause your phone to slide off. Didn’t take off too many points, but these are issues they can look into for future models.

Haven't tried the Airpods charger. Angle of phone is a little steep, but it does work well enough to use the phone while in the stand on a desk, includng face ID.
