Removed a lot of clutter from cords.

If you do have a magnetic plate on the back of your phone for a GPS mount though you will have to remove the phone case in order to charge the phone.

I think I was sent a defective product. Disappointed fa sure! Not to mention the box was opened!!!!

I bought another case for my iPhone but it still slides and falls off the charger. It would be great if Belkin would look into this ongoing problem that other customers have complained about. I have thought about returning the charger by trying to be patient.

The Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charger for Apple Devices has a protrusion at the base of the wireless charging stand to prevent the phone from falling or sliding off. You may try to remove the phone case to see if this will help stabilize your phone on the wireless charger. However, allow us to investigate this further.
