This was a great addition to my laptop as I only have one USB port. The fact that it has its own power source makes it just that much better.

Good Brand I have purchased other products before however, this particular device failed to live up to my expectations, stopped working properly after 2 months.

This device needs an external power source connected to run at USB 2.0 speeds. I have bought multiple USB ports and this is a first. Also, it was expensive to add to the insult.

Bellingham makes a good product, but we still seem to need to replace these every 2-3 years at our store. For the price, not a problem

Got the 7-port instead of 5-port just in case they were spaced to close, but I had no problem plugging in all my wires. Good buy.

IThis is my third Belkin - 7-port USB Hub - Black, I have used other brands, but this one is the only one that has lasted.

I didn't expect to be able to use it while my computer was off, but since it comes with a power cord, it is very nice.

I can't really ask for anything more than it does. I use it to expand the storage of my WDTV live hub and it works great!

This unit was just what I was looking for and will be very helpful using all the extras that now need to be attached to My computers.

Desktop only has a few USB ports. This Belkin USB extension gives me 5 more ports to use. USB port is premium nowadays.

This is a powered external sub port. I've used it with several devices that pull a lot of current and haven't had any problems with it failing.

So far it does everything I need it too. Only complaint is that it has to be plugged into the wall, which isn't a big deal.
