Sturdy on the outside, flimsy on the inside

Are the companies missing the boat or what? I settled for this case, because I felt it would best protect the tablet in my husbands labtop briefcase. When you travel, things get compressed, which is not good for this piece of equipment. But when you open the case, it you are not careful, the tablet pops out of at least one of the "plastic" brackets. REALLY. What happened to the envelope pouch style? It really needs to be redesigned.
