This is not the expected behavior of the Belkin WIZ002 when charging compatible devices. Make sure to properly align the phones to the pads. Try plugging it into a different outlet and try removing the phone's case for isolation. You just have to position it directly over the pad and then come back and check on it to make sure it’s actually charging. It’ll switch to like an orange light after a minute or two and not charge. I’ve bought cheaper wireless chargers that do a better job. Save your money.
