My husband and I both have the same iPhone X and his charges fine. But mine only charges for a little while then it stops charging no-matter how I lay it on that surface

Was expecting a faster charge. I use the Oterbox Defender Case on my Samsung Ultra S21 and has a hard time reading my phone to charge and will be returning.

Very straightforward usage for a reasonable price!

I have to remove my case every time I charge. If it gets bumped a little it does not charge.

Only charges 1 device at a time. If you put 2 phones overnight then 1 phone is only at 30%

We returned this item because my husband's newer phone doesn't have wireless charging capability (go figure). So, I really don't know how well this works.

Let me start first by describing the bad experience I had with an unknown brand. In my household we have 2 iphones. The iPhone X and XR and we are always concerned to take good care of both. I didn’t know very much about wireless chargers, so I bought one that I wasn’t aware It didn't include the ac adapter. So I was forced to look for and AC adapter with the specs that were recommended,which are a 2amp USB C adapter. However, I never felt confident that it was the right power adapter and I didn’t check if this wireless charger was QI certified. I did notice things that I didn’t like. For example, the phones get warmer while they are charging, or I have to take out the case because with the case the charging process was intermittent and on top of that the charging time was very slow. I started to feel concerned after reading the news about cell phone overheating batteries or getting on fire, so I decided to stop using this wireless charger. But when I got the Belkin dual wireless charging I couldn't feel more confident about the safety and good care of my iphones. The setup is very simple and easy to use. Connect the power adapter to the Pad and Power outlet. Locate the cell phone on the pad by line up with the center of the charging pad. Check that the small white led light turns on and that is all. It comes with a 2.5 amp adapter. No more concerns about getting a power adapter or being worried if it is the right one. There are some wireless charger brands that don’t come with the power adapter which is a way to save money for these makers, and the excuse is that they offer you the choice to look for an economic power adapter. Bad choice, I learned the lesson. If you consider the total cost you are going to spend and safety is not worth it, it is better to opt for a good brand that includes the right power adapter like Belkin does in this case. The Belkin Wireless dual charger provides enough power to deliver a true dual 10w per pad at the same time (total of 20W) I was able to charge my 2 iphones in about 2.5 hours. They don’t get warmer like my old wireless charger, and I think it's because of the QI technology that's included, which makes me feel more confident. I also tried my Apple wireless airpods, and it was charged in about an hour. Very fast! Another great feature is that I don’t need to take off the case. That's because it's designed to charge the phones without removing their cases that come with a thickness of up to 3mm or 0.11811in The overall look is great with a slim profile. You can tell that it's well made. Each pad includes a non-slip grip which is very clever and a small LED on each side that indicates that the side of the charging base is active. Belkin offers a 2 year warranty for this device which is more than I have seen in other brands. All the great features that Belkin Wireless Dual charger offers, and the feeling of safety and protection for my cell phones is priceless.

This charger makes our living room a little less messy. I purchased this so I wont be seeing much wires sticking around our living room and definitely served its purpose. The cons is just this is a little pricey.

Really simple and easy to use. Just place your phone face up on one of the pads and charging begins when the white light comes on. Recently had multiple guests and our iPhones were constantly being rotated around on various charging cords when available. Decided to try a double QI wireless charger. Belkin BOOST CHARGE 10W Black: Belkin WIZ002ttBK has two side by side non-skid pads with white charging lights that come on if phones are positioned correctly (back side down, screen face up) and orange error lights if incorrect (face down or across both pads). Doesn't seem to matter if you use the left or right pad when charging a single phone. If you need to use the phone just pick it up and charging stops. Supports 7.5W iPhone charging so speed seems similar to my car charger cord. Charges through cases up to 3mm thick. My case says "Wireless charging compatible" on the box but has no measurements listed. 4 foot power cord with thick sideways plug.

It worked fine as a charger but didn't factor in my size of phone plus my other devices that I have as well so it's not bad just more my fault

This charging pads quality is great but it is not great if you have anything attached to the back of your case

Seemed to only charge one phone at a time. We returned this product due to its inadequate charging capability

Worked for about a month before the right charger pad started getting glitchy. But still technically worked.

heats up the phone. loses charge fast. also makes sounds when charging.

Charger seems like it would be great but once you install the protective case, trying to get a decent charge was difficult.

This is my first wireless charging station thing. I like it! It does take longer to charge than a lightning cable, but really isn’t a problem if you charge overnight anyway.

This wireless charger is great quality and value. It works flawlessly with wireless charging capable iPhones, Androids and Samsung earbuds.

This works great! It would be great if one of the charging sides was a stand up side so you can watch the phone as its charging.
