You just have to position it directly over the pad and then come back and check on it to make sure it’s actually charging. It’ll switch to like an orange light after a minute or two and not charge. I’ve bought cheaper wireless chargers that do a better job. Save your money.

The Belkin Dual Wireless Charging Pads supports fast charging for Qi EPP, Samsung, and Apple devices. However, the charging speed will depend on the capabilities of your device. You may try to remove the phone cases or plug the power adapter into a different wall outlet for isolation.
