Apparently this is a sign of a low quality charger. Also charges exceedingly slow compared to other chargers. Circles size is a little big for iPhone SE 2nd Gen and iPhone 8, you have to place it EXACTLY in the right spot which is very inconvenient and more trouble than it's worth. I expected more from Belkin.

The phone has to be at an exact angle and perfectly centered on the pad or it will not charge all the way or will stop charging after a few minutes.

My phone is always sliding off and even on flat surfaces. It’s also really slow. Wont charge the Apple Watch but does charge the pods.

Stopped working

Do not recommend after a few months of purchase one stopped working for no reason. Took to best buy was told need to call manufacturer since its within 1 year warranty. I just never got around to it. Also when placing phone to charge at times would say its charging then after a while it would show not charging. Would wake up to a dead phone at times. Not to mention you have to move the phone around to try to get it to charge.

I own a samusung note 20 ultra and my wife owns an iPhone 11. I would sit the devices on the pad, they would say charging the light on the pad would turn white, then about 30 seconds later the phones would stop charging and the light on the pad would turn Orange. I read on online that you had to find the "sweet spot". So after a ton or repositioning I got a phone to charge... one time. Never again.

If you wish to charge two devices at the same time, then the Belkin WIZ002 can each put out up to 10W at the same time. Also, the location of the charging coil may vary depending on the model of your phone, so you may have to move your phone slightly to align it correctly.
