Bought this charger because my charging port wouldn’t work but the wireless charging pad did. Life safer till I get my new phone Forrsure! And the extra spot is great for family or friends that find themselves spending a lot of time with me, there’s always an extra slot for charging!!

I bought two of these, one for me and one for the daughter. My daughter brought her's back to me so now I have one in the bedroom and one in the game room. I find that it is difficult to get them to sit "just right" on the pad to make it charge. I rarely wake up with a full charge on my phone, but it does charge some (my phone is brand new.) It is nice to have a double charger for when friends come over to play pool. They can charge while playing and if it rings they just pick it up. Overall I am keeping these pads, but I wish they would work easier.

Overall, a convenient wireless pad charger. Sometimes my phone will be charging and stop all of a sudden even when not fully charged. I tried removing my phone case, and that resolved the issue most times. You have to be precise about phone location on the charging pad.

I purchased an item like this and it didn't seem to work or do a "PASSTHROUGH" in between my case (Otterbox Defender Pro) to the phone. I then removed the case and it worked. Moments later, the device kept reconnecting until I always got an error message which was the sign of the amber light. Hhhmm. This seemed to be strange. And so I had to return my old case which may have had too much material in it, and exchanged it with another similar defender pro case. Second was I had to return this product because I may have also gotten a defective one. I remember when I ordered this one online, the box came with damage and it kinda looked like it was tampered. What I did was I exchanged it with the same dual wireless charging pad and made sure that the box didn't have any damage on it. And like what I said, I changed my defender pro case with another similar case. Everything seemed to work fine. What I can see is maybe I had a defective case which didn't allow that much of a "PASSTHROUGH" in charging. Second is maybe I just got a defective wireless charging pad. So far the ones I have right now, they work well together. I just hope that I would never get the same experience I had with the old ones again, and that I get the most out of what I am paying for. I still recommend this to a friend though however, make sure that when you purchase this product, ask the associates if they can test it for you to see if the device really works with the case that you have, and make sure you don't get a defective product. I hope Belkin designs a dual wireless charging pad or even a charging pad that really works well no matter how thick the case is (eg. Defender Series Case).

This device charges well enough for my iPhone 8. Ideally I purchased it to not only charge my iPhone but also my iPad mini. Unfortunately it does not so I feel I wasted my money by buying a double pad. Perhaps this mention can be added to the product description.

We bought this for travel. It was great to use so we only needed cords for each device (not the plug). We used it for two phones and two kindles. Worked perfectly and was easy to pack up and travel with.

The device is pretty good. Definitely not worth the $$$ in my opinion. It charges my AirPods Pro and iPhone at the same time but it stops charging ever so often. Probably the devices protecting their batteries from heat

Item works good, it charged quickly but for some reason the yellow light clicks on and it paused alot. Not sure why.

It's a great charger for those with more than one phone. However, you have to put the phone in the absolute perfect spot to charge of it doesn't charge.

Works fast to charge Samsung note 8 but don’t have the juice to charge iPhone X quickly or fully.u have to lay it down on top of battery spot to charge. Cheap parts and flimsy built for the price I paid.

Good product I thought it was a bit pricey. I don’t like the fact that you have to put your phone on it a certain way or it won’t charge it!! It doesn’t really charge fast

I got this charger for my boyfriend and I to charge our phones(obviously). At first it didn’t work for his Galaxy and worked great for my iPhone. Then the roles were reversed and it didn’t work for me. Now it likes to stop charging for both of us and all it does is heat up. Possible overheating issues with the charger. Either way, it’s not a great charger.

But not all the time. Need to move your phone around to get to the sweet spot. Still better than others I’ve had.

Very easy to use can charge both phones at the same time which is nice for when you fall asleep and just want to leave it there by the nightstand.

I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this item. I was surprised when it arrived because it was smaller than I thought it would be. It's fantastic being able to charge both of our phones at the same time. When you set your phone on the pad you just need to make sure the little white light comes on to ensure charging. It lights amber if the phone is not placed properly. There are two lights, one for each side. No problem charging through my case and it fast charges just like my Samsung single phone charging pad.

Great wireless dual charger. Charging 2 items is great.. Just have to make sure you put your phone on the right spot or it won't charge.

It was great at first but stopped working after almost a year

Good for charging if you do not want the mess of wires & want to charge 2 at a time. You just have to be sure the item is placed on it correctly to be sure it is charging.

A bit noisy at night time. And you can’t really use it with thick cases

Charges quickly and effortlessly. Unfortunately I could not keep my pop socket on my new phone, as the charger would not work through it.
