We bought this pad at the Best Buy on Dimond Blvd. in Anchorage, Alaska. The friendly and helpful staff's name is Shiloh!!! This is what keeps people coming back.

ATT said they would send a new phone that would be here in 1-3 days. I got this in case it was 3 days it was only 1 but I was able to charge my phone and decided to keep it for a spare

Have tried with 2 different iPhone cases. Thought it might work with an iPad but didn’t. Going to go back to charging phone with smaller magnetic connector, this one is too big.

I was hoping to use this with Otterbox’s Symmetry PopGrip case, with the grip piece removed. It does not charge with this case and I don’t want to remove my phone from the case every time I want to charge my phone. The charger appears to otherwise be nice, but it won’t suit my needs. I plan to return it.

Like that the charging pad can be disconnected and a USB-C connecter can be plugged directly into any device that you want to charge.

The sensor for synchronization requires the phone to be placed directly on the center of the device; there is minimal lag once the white light is illuminated.
