Kinda bummed but it’s all good bc my wife has an iPhone XS and she has assumed control of this charger and loves it She docks her phone while working in the kitchen. Very convenient.

I use this when I’m not using my phone and needs to be charge or at night. But if you need to charge your phone ASAP this doesn’t charge fast.

I got this as an alternative to my original choice. I noticed sometimes my iphone is not charging or even discharged. I checked the position and it was correct. I believe it has something to do with the design.

Placing the charger on a flat/even surface might help to avoid moving the phone and prevent from disconnection. Turning off the phone vibration and using a phone case of not more than 3mm thick might also help. If not, let’s have our Product Experts investigate this further.
