The pad is small and it doesn’t lean back so the phone falls easily off the it.

Thought good idea, but charges very slow. Cable charges much faster.

The phone case was obviously an open box item. The packaging for the case was not sealed and the back of the clear phone case was pretty heavily scratched right out of the box. My suggestion would be to inspect (more thoroughly) the returned items before reselling them.

I've seen, have, had, and cursed the many wireless charging pads out there because they all require you to place your phone down flat as the charger sits flat on your desk/table/etc. FINALLY, someone invented a charging stand that looks good, works great, and solves that lay flat problem. This charger is a fast charger (used with my iPhone XS MAX), the speed will surprise you for a wireless charger. So you can tell it is charging by seeing and hearing your phone start charging, but there is also a small white light at the top of the stand - albeit impossible to see if the phone is standing in portrait mode. In landscape mode you can see the light peering over the top. (The charging light is my only wish list item, to change its location so it can be seen all the time). Anyway, this also comes with the USB wall power supply and cable to power the charger. And it works. It works well. It solves the main problem I always have had with wireless chargers - it is so useless if laying your phone down because you have to life it up to do face unlock or even acknowledge something, type something, etc. This lets you do all of this while it still can charge - which is why you put it on charge to begin with. Another Belkin successful product, and filling a need that exists for all of us using wireless charging.

A very practical charger that works great! Unboxing: The packing is pretty basic with a general overview. Opening will have the device, a micro USB cable, AC adapter and some warranty documentation. Setup / use: The setup is extremely simple only involving plugging in the power to the device. Once you put it on the table of choice, you can charge your phone in portrait or landscape mode. I tested it out with an iPhone XS and a LG G8. Both quickly charged with zero issues. The iPhone supports at the “fast” 7.5 watts mode which will actually charge your iPhone pretty quickly. On Android devices that support it, it will charge at 9 or 10 watts providing much speedier charging times. Build quality: Build quality is average, I did not feel any high quality materials here as the device is mostly plastic. It is lightweight as a result which I don’t see as a bad thing as the stand is in a configuration which will make it resistant to tipping over. No real complaints here. Summary: It takes up minimal space, looks good, and does a great job of charging my phones. My only complaint is I would have liked to have seen USB-C on this but it is not a huge deals as I will rarely if ever unplug it. A near perfect charger for home, buy a second one for your work desk!

It does what it’s supposed to do. Price is good deal.

I have several wireless chargers around the house that I have had for quite some time. They are of the 5W variety which I have used mainly as the resting place for my phone overnight. By the morning I’m at 100% and good to go. Where those charges fall short is when I need to charge my phone in a hurry. For that I would plug in. This 10W charger provides a much faster charging experience. Not quite sure if it’s half the time, but it seems like it. The Charger itself is ligh weight, but seems sturdy. It’s not quite as easy to slip into my backpack as I would like because of the stand. It would be nice if they could figure out a way to make a collapsible stand for traveling. But that’s a small issue. My phone sits securely on the stand and has room for a much larger device than my Samsung S9+, so if I go for a larger phone, it should be fine. I have a very thin Case on my phone and the charger handled that without any issues. My wife has a much thicker case and still no issue. Even though the charger is light weight, it does not slide when I set my phone on it. One other small complaint is that I wish they would use a USB-C port since mosty of my devices are USB-C, but they did include a cable and AC adapter, so it’s all good. Overall this is a great wireless charger.

I bought a Note9 and an Otterbox case for the phone. This charger could not successfully charge the phone. It would connect then disconnect then connect and in the end fail to charge the phone. I tried to put the phone sideways without success. If I played with it long enough and turned the phone off I could get the charger to connect and actually charge the phone. The purpose of a wireless charger is to easily charge your phone. Having to position the phone to the millimeter to get the charger to work cancels that. Best Buy tried to fix this problem by selling me a thinner case and while it did charge more often it still failed at times. I ended up buying a different charger and it works fine with my Otter box case.

I have a Galaxy S10 Plus and I have a thicker case on it and I have to position it just right to get it to keep charging it needs to be made where no matter which way I put the phone it would charge even through a thicker case

Sometimes it works and sometimes I have a hard time getting it to work or charge my phone. Could be because I have a case on it maybe but my case isn’t that thick.

I returned an item and picked up this to replace it. I have a iPhone X and wanted a wireless charging pad. I bought it home and unpacked it and tried to charge my phone and nothing happened. Am just a bit upset, as I was told and shown that the same item was used at the store and worked great with the iPhone X. I must have gotten a defective product.

Won't stay in the holder, doesn't charge quickly, takes too long, too costly for what it actually does. I threw away the box otherwise, I WOULD take it back!

I purchased 2. The first one I purchased several weeks ago worked for two weeks. Purchased another one because I was desperate to get a charge for my phone thinking the first one was just defective. Nope second one lasted again about two weeks. Since Best Buy would not credit my account I need to go through the company Belkin. I ended up going to VW and bought a wireless charger from them happy to say my phone is working again. I’ll never buy another Belkin product again.

I like this wireless charger! It's angled rather than lies flat, so you can interact with your phone while it's charging and even watch a video! It's not too large and it charges quickly compared to other wireless chargers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for wireless charging. It won't work with thicker cases like otter-box and also won't work if you have a pop socket on your phone. The charger just can't get close enough to the device to charge. That is true with all wireless chargers though, the pop socket is just too thick for that. For everyone else however it's perfect for wireless charging!

Cant review; we purchased for my son and apparently his phone is not wireless charging capability. We were not able to return.

I have an Iphone XS max and I wanted a wireless charger to try out fast charging. I am very impressed with this, I can go from a dead battery to almost a full charge (90%) in only an hour. I like how I can use the charger with my phone in portrait or landscape mode. I also like the soft light to indicate charging activity, its not overly in your face if you are using it in the bedroom. It does everything I expected it too and doesn't let me down anywhere. If you want a simple to use fast charger for your android/iphone I don't see why you would look elsewhere. The micro usb cable between the charger and the wall plug seems to be easily replaceable as well if something were to happen to it. I find the length to suitable without tons of extra cord laying around.

The Belkin Boost Up Wireless Qi charger is a great charger. It is rated at 10W for iPhone X and later also Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ and Note 9. Also certified Apple fast charge and Samsung fast charge. It comes with a mini usb ac adapter that plugs in from behind. The charger charges my phone significantly faster than normal and I do not notice any heat difference from charging it from the plug. It does have a tiny charge indicator light on top that is barely noticeable when charging at night on my nightstand before I go to bed. When I wake up my phone is full charged and cool to the touch. Pros: Fast charging, easy to use, convenient. Cons: Build quality, plastic.

I've tried multiple times to get this charger to work, but it refuses to. I have to unplug it then plug it back in and it'll start to work then shut off saying wireless charging paused and will not charge. Have had it only a month and now I can't return it. JUNK!
