It has trouble charging through certain cases and it's not that easy and fast to take off all cases. It does fast charge my Google Pixel 3xl as promised but, my daughter's iPhone it will start charging it, you walk away thinking its charging and you come back with the same battery life.... It is quality made maybe I can use it for frisbee golf.

All I would recommend is to make sure your phone is fully placed on it properly otherwise it won’t charge. Make sure the light is lit up which indicates it’s charging.

The Belkin Wireless Charging Pad is only compatible with phone cases up to 3mm thick. You can remove your phone case if it's thicker than 3mm might cause charging issues.

A new charger was mailed to me, great service. I would recommend the Belkin charger, very efficient.

Charges quick but I didn’t like it because it kept sliding off the charger therefore not charging my phone. Also overheats your phone because the back of my phone was warm after just 15-20 minutes of having it on
