Not fast charging

But it charges my Galaxy S9 much slower than a normal connection. It takes about 2.5 hrs even though the phone shows it is fast charging.

Honestly I’m disappointed. I’ve had belkin chargers and they were always great. I expected a fast charging charger since I grabbed the 10W. I also didn’t think I had to take off my protective case either (although it’s an otter box case and they are very well made). In any event, a 1.5 would be my score but I believe in rounding up here since this is my first Qi charger.

I can’t use it with my case on which is irritating and the reason I’m returning it. Also, it didn’t charge as quickly as I expected it would. About 8% in an hour.
