Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the BOOST UP 10W Qi Certified Wireless Charging Pad's ease of use, compatibility with various devices and cases, and compact size. Many appreciate its reasonable price and attractive design. While some users noted that precise phone placement is needed for optimal charging and that the device can get warm during use, the positive feedback on ease of use and performance outweighs these minor drawbacks.

I love the convenience of wireless charging, but this one in particular doesn’t cut it. I had to reposition my phone several different ways before it actually began to charge and it’s super slow. I have the iPhone XR for reference.

Would stop charging at night. Sometimes it would fully charge and others stop 20 percent short. Only pushed at 8w as well. Got a replacement from another brand and it works great at 13 w

I was looking forward to using this charger on my desk. I opened in a few weeks after receiving it, and was happy to see that it had a USB cable that could also plug into the wall. I started by plugging the USB into my computer. Phone charged for about 1 minute...then stopped... Then switched to the USB into the plug. again, charged 1 minute then stopped. I picked up the phone and placed it back on and it started to charge again. At this point pretty disappointing. May have to return it...however not sure if it's worth going out or me having the pay the shipping to do so.

I've had this charging pad since it shipped post Cyber Monday, and it's already stopped working. I've had it plugged into the same place, and day before yesterday, I noticed that it was no longer charging when I just laid it down on the pad; it had to be laid a certain way. Today it doesn't work at all. I have an iPhone XR, and I even took it out of the case to ensure it wasn't a case issue (it never had been before). Taking it back to the store to get a replacement/refund.

      Hi, HSMominKY,

You can try plugging the Belkin F7U082 to another power outlet, or try charging a different compatible handheld device to it and update us with its behaviour via email so we can check it with our Product Experts. I purchased this charger due to it said it charges Androids and was 10 watts. I checked and MY LG G6 is QI compatible and will wireless charge. My car charger does a better job, this is a very slow overnight charger. I finally went to BB website and did a question with my complaint. After a few back and forth e-mails with Belkin it turns out they FALSE ADVERTISE !!!! This chargger works 10w with Samsung and Apple ONLY !!! Everybody else its a 5w charger!!!! I always trusted Belkin, but never again will I buy from this compaany, they are not TRUST WORTHY !!!!

If your device isn’t laying correctly in it, it won’t charge. Several times I put it on the charger and it didn’t charge. I don’t recommend.

Expected this product to be more substantial and able to charge iPad as well as the iPhone but it barely charged the iPhone - the wire charges the iPhone much faster. Returned product

Doesn't always charge even after it says it's charging. And you have to place the phone on the charge exactly right or it won't charge, Also, it's a lot slower than my last charger.

Not having to plug in wires to charge your iPhone is great! We went from that old 30 pin charger, to the lightning connector and now wireless! The Belkin Qi works great for the most part. I recently upgraded to the iPhone Xs, although the Belkin Boost Up charging pad can charge at 10W, the iPhones can charge at a max of 7.5w. The charger does a decent job and charges my phone fairly quickly. I like that there is a LED indicator to let you know when it is charging. The LED can be misleading when you have any type of metal on your phone case. White LED means it’s charging, amber means it’s not. It would be nice if the light to indicate not charging was more obvious, like blinking red, or even a subtle audible alert. On a few occasions, myself and family members had an issue where we thought the phone was charging properly but when we checked after 2 hours or so, the battery was at the same level. When I initially placed my phone on the pad, the LED turns white to indicate charging, after 4-5 seconds, it turned Amber. This was due to either the metal disc I have in my case (for car mount) or improper placement on the charging pad. The charger should be fine for cases up to 3mm thick. Below are the time it took to charge my iPhone Xs. Charging speed: iPhone Xs % increase and length of time charge: Belkin Qi pad: Battery went from 23% to 73% in 1 hour and 20 minutes. 50% increase Apple 5W plug, wired charge: 28% to 74% in 1 hour and 20 minutes. 46% increase Apple 10W (iPad) charger: 36% to 97% in 1 hour and 20 minutes. 61% increase From the above results, as expected, the 10W iPad charger charged the fastest, followed by the Qi wireless at 7.5W and then the 5W iPhone plug. Conclusion: If this charger works for you, meaning your case is less then 3mm thick and you don’t have any metal on your phone case for magnetic mounts, that’s great, buy it, it’s convenient. If you have any of those conditions described, stick to the wired charger. A positive for wired chargers, when it’s plugged in, you know!

Please Note: your device has to be "qi wireless charging capable" to use this charger. I was skeptical of wireless charging, but when my employer gave me an iPhone 8 plus and it became a possibility I figured I would give it a try, glad I did. Since I avoid keeping mobile phones (I carry two) in my pocket, I usually place them on my desk on stands for easy viewing. The Belkin 10W wireless charging pad is perfect to keep my device in a charged state. Placing it on the pad activates the familiar chime as the phone starts to charge. The pad attaches the supplied AC adapter. Do start the charging proces you lay your phone flat on the pad and it charges....wirelessly. My iPhone 8 plus charged from 15% capacity to 85% within an hour, and was fully charged in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I would expect a fully depleted iPhone 8 plus to take about 90 minutes to fully charge. Overall the charging pad is built well, an LED lights up when you place you device on the pad and begins to charge. There is a bit of a placement sweet spot on the pad, which I guess would vary by the device and by what type of case you have your phone in. My fairly thin plastic case worked did not present any problems, however thicker or metal based cases might interfere with charging. Overall I find the Belkin 10W Wireless Charging Pad to be a great product. Pros: - fast wireless charging - low profile - easy placement Cons: - NONE

    the Fastest iPhone Wireless Charger

TLDR: Fast charging of my iPhone X, works with the case on, includes all cables + wall plug. Very happy and recommended. I have always thought wireless chargers are all the same and not as effective as just plugging in a cable. This 10W Belkin charger changed everything. It's about the same size as an Echo dot and charges at twice the speed of a cheap generic charger. It's 100% worth buying this because it literally lives up to the name of BOOST UP. I get charging times comparable to plugging in a cable but with the convenience that I can just drop my phone on my desk and not have to think "oops, I really should have plugged it in". Belkin also deserve praise for actualy including the wall plug you need and a decent length USB cable. Another positive is that it has four good rubber feet and a round rubber ring on top - so it doesn't slide around on your desk and your phone stays secure too. And if you're wondering, YES it fast charges with the case on. Recommended.

I’ve been having issues with this product for the past week or so. Thought I was not placing my phone correctly or moving it throughout the night but nope... found out today, it just stops working. I put my phone to charge by it’s lonesome on the bedside table, it immediately made the noise that it was connected and showed it was charging. Walked back over a few minutes later and nothing! Checked the plug, the cord, disconnected, reconnected, the whole 9. Nothing. Didn’t even last a month.

      Hi, AMG21,

You can try to remove the phone case before placing the phone on the charging pad since the product supports up to 3mm phone case. Also, try to place another Qi-enabled phone to see if it will charge.
