It’s hard to beat the convenience of wireless charging. I’ve had a phone with Qi charging for the past 5 years, and I have yet to have any complaints. The only thing I find myself desiring with a wireless charging device… more Qi charge pads. The Belkin Boost Up wireless charging pad is a welcome addition to any user with a Qi capable phone. It comes in the standard Belkin accessory packaging – nothing special here. The first thing that stands out on the Boost Up is the length of the USB cable. In comparison to what seems to be the standard short charging cable employed by other power cables, the Boost Up cable is long. The pad itself is small and simple. No fancy lighting or designs; just a pad. Place your phone on the pad, and one small light illuminates. It’s very subtle and discreet, and I actually like it. It also supports Fast Charge for both Apple and Samsung, and it works as expected. What else is there to say about the Boost Up? Go buy one! Yep, it’s pretty much a can’t miss for anyone with Qi capable phone. Small, discreet, Fast Charge, with an ample length cord. It gets it done!

I got the Belkin wireless charger, model F7U082TTWHT today, but it is not working on my iPhone Xs MAX or iPhone 8 plus. I tried the different methods; removed the phone case for isolation and plugged in the adapter into a different power outlet, but to no avail. May be its a faulty piece of equipment has something wrong with it and is not working. It is a waste of time, and I need to return it.

Do not buy this product. It barely charges. I have tried to use it several times but most times it does not even charge my phone. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it will sometimes show a green charge symbol but the amount of charge never increases. I thought that it could be due to the case. However, I took off the case and had the same problem or even worse at times it did not charge at all.

Right out of box the NEW ITEM was defective. LED light turned on, flickered then shut off. Would not charge Item was highly recommended. A non functioning new product can always slip through inspection but it shouldn’t. Shows Belkin’s quality control sucks and I will never buy another Belkin product again. I don’t trust their quality control. Don’t need the hastle having to return a defective item

No set up required. Plug this device into an electrical outlet and place your phone or any Qi-enabled device to start charging. White light tells you it is charging. If you see an orange light when a device is on it, it means that the device is not compatible or aligned correctly. Very fast wireless charging. It charges through lightweight cases up to 3mm thickness. My case is pretty thick and I don’t have a problem with this charging pad, but did with my older charging pad. So this is now my favorite. The non-slip ring will keep a phone without a case from sliding off. Not only does it charge Qi iPhone and Samsung phones, it also charged a Phillips Qi-enabled Shaver for me, so it is actually more than just a phone charger. I highly recommend this particular charging pad because it charges fast and will charge without a problem with the thick leather case I have my phone in. The other charger pad I had is history because it was such a pain to take off the case very time I went to charge it. This made my life just a little bit easier.

The device worked for about 2 minutes and just stopped working on my iPhone X. I tried everything but couldn't get it too work. I ordered on-line but couldn't return it on-line without paying shipping; which doesn't seem right if the part was defective. Ended up taking back to the store with no issues. One think I noticed is that it got very dirty, and I hardly used it.

Placed 2 iPhones on it different times, 1 would not charge and the other one would charge for a little bit

I really wanted this to work because I wanted to charge my phone and pick it up and answer without being connected to the charger. Sometimes I would place it down to charge and my phone would be charging. After a few minutes I would check my phone and then it won’t be charging. We stopped using them because we need our phone charged and can’t risk having no battery life.

I was a little surprised on some mornings to find that my phone didn't charge or charge completely. I thought that maybe I didn't place it on the pad properly, but last night, I made sure that I did and my phone was only charged to 50% this morning. I was hoping to return this charging pad today, but noticed that the return window is only valid for 3 weeks. Ouch!

I’m using this with my iPhone and it only seems to work half the time.

Good looking product got it in a short amount of time unfortunately it does not work !!!!!!

Got one for Christmas and had to exchange it for a new one. Put the phone on and it started charging but only for a few minutes, exchanged it for a new one and this one is doing the same thing. Sometimes it will charge and sometimes it won’t. I need something that I know is going to work when I need it to.

Told fast charging but the charger didn’t perform as it specified. Disappointed

This pad charger does not charge my iphone 8 even though the box says it will. By the time I realized it wouldn't work, it was too late to return it back to best buy. Now I am stuck with a $40 pad charger that does not work on any iphone or android I have found yet. Good luck but seriously don't buy!

This product came via delivery and was broken. I reached out the same day to Belkin for help where they implied that I broke the item. BestBuy ended up letting me return it to them where I purchased a Mophie charging pad instead. The Mophie looked much sleeker and didn't have any defects.

You have to set you phone on just right or doesn’t charge.

Phone takes forever to charge and randomly stops charging.

Missed the return date by 1 day! This product was a Christmas gift that was opened when our son was home - after Christmas. It would not charge his iPhone 10. Best Buys would not honor the return for a broken item!!! Not a happy customer

I will place my phone on the charger and it will show it’s charging and later it won’t be. Or when I lay it on the charger I have to try it several times until it indicates charging. It’s not a simple set it down and it works.
