I returned this item because of the great difficulty in getting a sweet spot to charge the phone with my hard case. I switched to newly released Samsung charger that provided 12V instead of 10V of this device.

Worked with my S9+ for 2 days then just quit. Returned it and picked up the Samsung 2018 wireless charger on clearance for the same price. Also, oddly uses a USB micro cable in the base instead of a USB-C...WHAT?

Just stopped charging the phone. Does not "turn on" when the phone is placed on it. I had a different one of these before that lasted about two years, but wasn't able to find that model anymore.

I bought this to charge my Iphone XS, doesnt do the job! I’ve moved my phone around on it to find the “sweet” spot and it will act like its charging, but then shut off. Taking it back! I’ll stick with the cord.

did not work on my iPhone X, or my daughters or son-in-laws. I am trying to return now. I had an Ihome one that worked great that died so was trying to get a new one but this one did not work.

I’ve had this charger for a while but never used it until recently and it charged fine the first night and the next day it stopped working. Now I doubt I’m able to return it.

Wireless chargers are becoming more and more popular and there are many choices on the market. I have used several belkin wireless chargers and I must say there is nothing better. This charger in peticular charges at a faster rate than others offers a faster charge time. I like how the surface is small and it does not take up too much space on a desk. The build quality does not feel. Cheap and it offers limited slip surfaces. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has a wireless charging capable phone.

I didn’t like this. The same day I bought this, I returned it. The charging would make my phone get hot and it seemed to take longer to charge. I didn’t like this product.

Bought one for my husband and his works great. I bought the exact same model for myself and it was not the same quality and stopped working completely. I am very disappointed.

It don’t work. I tried both of them the 5 watt and the 10 watt, both of them don’t work with it.

There isn't a whole lot to say about this charger as it's just that. A Qi wireless charger. It does what it's supposed to and, from my usage, does it pretty well. I've used it to charge my iPhone XS Max and, while I haven't done any scientific number timing, it does appear to charge my phone at a pretty decent speed. Setup is what you'd expect from this kind of device. Remove the disc and the cable from the package and plug them into the USB to wall outlet included. Done! The disc looks very decent. Maybe a little bit thicker than I would like (this could just be required by the 10W faster chargers, though) but not too bad. There aren't any super obvious and obnoxiously bright lights either. Well designed. While it's not confirmed that the XS Max actually supports the full 10W that this puts out, it does feel a bit faster than some of the normal wireless Qi chargers I've used with it. I didn't find it difficult to find the sweet spot on my phone with this charger so I've usually been able to put this in the right spot pretty quickly to get charging. All and all, if you're looking for a good, fast, 10W wireless Qi charger for your phone, this one won't really disappoint you. Check your budget and see if this falls inside that.

Love this little charger!! I leave it by my bedside and just drop the phone on it! Easy peasy and so convenient. It is simple to set up out of the box, 3 pieces to plug in and go. It has little pads on the bottom so it doesn't slide around and a little white light to show that it is charging. I use it with my Android and the hubs and son use it for their iPhone. Nice that it is compatible with both types of devices. We don't have to remove our cases either so that is bonus.

This wireless charger broke within the first two minutes of owning it. Got returned for full refund by bestbuy, that was the best part about this item unfortunately!

Apparently phone case is too thick. Just standard black OtterBox case. Second try on chargers have not gotten one to charge phone through case yet.

For the purposes of testing this charging pad I used a fairly new iPhone XS 256. I like the 10W power, it seems to charge noticeably quicker than 7.5W chargers. This pad is a little thicker and larger around than those from competing companies. I appreciated that it came with a micro usb cord and a charging block, but the cord is far too short. Also there is no charging indicator on this pad as there is on many others. This isn’t always necessary but I do find myself looking for it if I’ve accidentally let my phone go totally dead and want to make sure it’s placed properly. This charging pad is about as finicky as others for placement on the center of the inductive coil so I do sometimes have to readjust once or twice to make sure it’s charging. Overall this charging pad is quick, well made, and works well. The addition of a charging indicator would have made it 5 stars for me.

I bought this as a gift for my wife for Christmas. It worked great for about 2 weeks, then it stopped working all together. I was very disappointed!

I sent this to my Mom for her birthday and it does not work. Due to quarantine restrictions she is unable to return it. Very disappointing.

Only works part time This charger is very sensitive! When charging it will stop charging and you have to reset the phone on the charger.

The only downside is that the adapter is a proprietary one and not a type C or micro USB. So you will need to carry the adapter along with the charger. Belkin is a good trustworthy brand and if you have a $1000 phone, you should not buy any generic charger , go with Belkin.

I was worried that I'd get this product and I'd always have to be taking my phone case off to get it to charge but I don't have to! I even have a Spigen ring on the back of my phone and it charges with this also. Its crazy how easy this thing is to use. I keep it on my desk at work and I can set it there while I work and its much easier than having to plug and unplug all day long. Definitely recommend!
