    I thought this device was truly a wireless charger. I thought that it had to be charged initially and then it could be used as a charger (without it being plugged in). If it has to be plugged in to be used, then I fail to understand why I need it... maybe I misunderstood...

    I have the iPhone XR and although the charger works fine, it slides off while charging so I never really get my phone to charge completely unless I’m monitoring it. Hopefully I won’t have this issue once I have a case on it. Otherwise, great product!
