The issue with it was it had the wrong connector (I wish Apple would have a universal port). After trying it when I left the store, I went right back in and exchanged it for something that worked.

Only compatible with iPhone 15 for Apple users

We hear you. The car charger has a combined power of 24W, each port offering 12W of quick charging to devices using USB-A cables. Try charging other compatible phones or use other USB-A cables.
