You may try power cycling your phone and force closing all the applications running on the background for isolation and observe if the same concern appears. This was missing the cord when i got it to my vehicle, very annoying. I went back in and had a wonderful worker help me ans they returned the item and helped me find a better one.

I didn't read closely enough and thought this is a 24W charger. It is actually a dual charge with 12W put input. Very, very slow at charging my phone. I would definitely not recommend this item if you need quick charging.
