Someone made a purchase at a store 200 miles from my home, handed the clerk a credit card, and the cashier wrongly entered my member number. Best Buy is providing no assistance to acknowledge the error.

Belkin has been my go to brand for accessories in a variety of categories over the years but power and charging is a category where I purchase from them pretty much exclusively. This product was exactly what I needed it to be right out of the box. One pleasant surprise is that it came with a lightning cable, meaning it can easily serve as the charger that lives in my travel bag and i not have to remember to move cords around from cars or computers. The charging power with the latest iPhone 11 Pro was pretty quick, as I left my phone plugged in for what felt like a short time and I was nearly full after a heavy work day of usage. I recommend this package to anyone who needs a fast charging solution to carry with them or at home.

Great charger that charges your devices super fast. Solid construction and I like the slimmer profile of the charger. If you are looking for a new charger that’s fast, pick this one up.

This is a great charger for any device, but even more so for those with Apple devices. With an MFi certification, you know it is suitable to charge you iPhones, iPods, iPads, etc... It comes with a VERY nice USB-A to Lightning cable that is well made and feels like it will last very long time. Physically, the charging unit is not bad looking and solidly built. Since this is a Belkin product, I'd expect nothing less and I was not disappointed. I like that the plug folds flat into the housing just like the Mac chargers do. Less chance of getting bent or broken that way. My only gripe is with the orientation of the plug. The way you have to insert it would force you block the adjacent receptacle if using it with a power strip or surge protector. If they had rotated the plug 90 degrees, this would not have been a problem in most cases. Not a dealbreaker by any means though, so my final rating is 4 stars.

Only special thing about this charger is that it can change two devices thanks to two USB ports. I was expecting faster charge times from regular chargers but honestly I don’t see any difference in changing time. It does beat using two chargers especially when traveling so on that count thumbs up. Charger works great, same as Apple iPad OEM chargers, and slightly better and faster from iPhone chargers. Pro: Two USB ports Equal to 12W iPad charger Cons: None

Great, fast 12W charger for two devices. I'm currently using it with an iPhone XR and iPad mini 5th generation and have had great results in terms of speed of charging, even when charging both simultaneously. Can't go wrong with Belkin as usual.
