It is better than our previous one we had from a different company. But then our car is a 2006 so I don’t know if that makes the difference.

Good Charger

My largest complaint is that it is a long device, so it's hard to store easily in my specific car and sticks out when plugged in a bit more than I would like. But that is personal preference, not a defect of the product.
