I’ve used it on a few 5+ hour road trips without any issues at all. With a car charger you really want to make sure that it has a high Wattage, otherwise your phone will take a loooooong time to charge. This one at 36W is on the upper end of what’s available. Having 2 ports is also helpful so a passenger can charge also.

Amazing and solid when plugged into the 12v port, nice white dot power indicator.
