Faulty product or just terrible

Returning and buying a different brand.

Paid for it to be shipped and I didn’t get it. Reported it to Best Buy and they said they can’t do anything about it. So I lost both money and the product.

Terrible

I bought for my trip to Greece and the battery literally only worked once, and that’s because it was pre-charged. Once that ran out, we would charge it and it would not charge!!! Despite leaving it plugged in for hours. Thanks to this, we struggled with phones with no battery on an amazing vacation. I wish I had my receipt still so I can return it. Very disappointed.

It should charge properly provided that you have used USB C port for charging the power bank itself. If you're open to discussing this further, please let us know.
