I`ve had my iPhone X since launch, but had yet to use a wireless charger until this product and as a result I definitely wish I had used one sooner. The asthetics of the device are great as I love the white color that matches my phone perfectly and the light on the side that indicates whether my phone is charging or not keeps that great sense of minimalism as this is the only indicator/switch on the device. Then the rubberized aspects on both the top and bottom are of great convenience and are part of what set this product as superior to cheaper alternatives. As far as the charging aspect I have not had an issue at all. The thing that has amazed me is how much quicker this product charges my phone. I had contemplated getting the fast charge adapter, but have now realized how much quicker this charges than the default apple charging adapter. Overall, the exceptional build quality and asthetics coupled with the actual charging capabilities definitely makes this product stand out from other generic brands. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone with a phone with wireless charging capabilities.

Faster than the original belkin charger, neat & compact.

It worked well for about a month. Then it started toggling on and off when the phone was on it for charging. I though maybe I had the phone poorly positioned, but no position would work. I finally quite using it entirely because it was keeping me awake at night as the toggle beeps when the power comes on and it was timed just about right for me to go back to sleep only to be woke up again. It didn't matter that the phone was in sleep mode, i.e. no sound.

I was excited to try this new technology with my iPhone X. I've been using this for over a week now and so far, it hasn't disappointed me. I have a caseology case on the phone and it charges just as good as it does without the cover. My biggest fear of using a wireless charger was that it might not work well with phone having case but I was proven wrong by this amazing charger. The only issue that some users might have is the phone sliding off the charger if they don't have a cover on the phone which isn't the case with me. You can set your phone on it in any direction, and it starts charging instantly. Some of the other available wireless chargers either heat up the phone or the charger or sometimes both but this Belkin wireless charger doesn't give any of those issues. The build quality and feel definitely make it worth the price. Most other wireless chargers require you to provide the power source but this one already comes with one. The cable is about 5 feet long which more than enough for us. The other good thing about this charger is that it supports 110V/220V which is like a blessing for someone like me who travels to Asia very often. Like in my home country, they use 220V. My initial plan was to use it on my bedside table overnight which I did but later realized this is not great for bedside use - since your phone has to face up and will light up every time a notification comes through. And I'm kind of a person who lays his phone face down so I don't get bothered with the light. So I stopped using it at night but it's been great during the daytime. Again, this is just a personal preference. Some may also get annoyed by the green light during night which wasn't an issue for me though. After having researched many chargers, this one seemed to be the best fit and it has exceeded my expectations. It charges as fast as my wired lightning charger. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I was really excited to see Apple finally support wireless charging and even more so when they bumped it to support 7.5W of charging. At work I am always running to meetings (and burning a ton of battery) and then coming back to my desk to work and charge up. There has been more than one occasion when I jumped up from my desk to help stomp out a fire somewhere in the office and forget that I was plugged in and be yanked back by the lightning cable. I thought the Belkin BOOST-Up would make it easier to just grab and go and it does do that. The last several days have been super easy to remember my phone and keep it charged. I will say though, that even though this is a 10W charge pad and the phone supports 7.5W, it is still super slow compared to the 12W charger that I had been using (and will be again). In a couple of hours (the most I am ever sitting at my desk at a stretch) It would add about 40-45% to the battery. When plugged in, I could almost be full up from being on vapors. Now that is completely respectable and I rarely blast through the battery that much between charges, but if needed, you should definitely keep a brick and cord available. I also tried this out with my colleagues' latest model Samsung and it charged faster than my iPhone but it wasn't a major blow out. So if they aren't so different, why the yes for Android and the no for iPhone? Well, I had been looking into potentials for this to get better in future generations of iPhones (which it will but probably slowly), but I came across a research article looking at wireless charging and battery wear. It would seem that wireless charging taxes the battery on your phone more so than it does when plugged in, and with the fact that iPhones are a much bigger investment and typically have higher repair/replacement costs, I'm not sure I want to put that extra wear on my battery. I like the ease and simplicity of the wireless charging and the Belkin Charge-Up is a beautiful and solid charger but I think I'm going to stick with a wire for speed and battery wear. If you are one of those who upgrades your iPhone every year and don't care, please do yourself a favor and get this charge pad, you will be quite happy with it and won't have any battery worries, if you aren't so fortunate, you might want to think about it some more. BTW, I'm going to check that yes I would recommend this product because many of my colleagues have Android phones and loved this device and a couple are looking to get their own.

The power cord has really good length, one of the longest I have seen on a Qi charging pad. It is probably 4 foot long. The pad has good weight. It won't slide on you. There is a soft grip ring around the top of the pad to hold the phone in place. On the bottom a soft rubber ring to hold the pad in place. It is really easy to center your phone. LG G6 was the phone used. There is no annoying bright light that needs covered. Some Qi pads have really bright lights that are bright enough to be a nightlight. Documentation says it can charge thru a 3 mm thick case. The case used on the phone had no effect on the charging process. The charging speed is acceptable. Overall, this is a really nice charging pad if your phone supports Qi charging.

This charger really makes my phone get very hot in a short amount of time. The charger I bought from the service provider does not.

Not really sure what to write here cause I have already said why I was not satisfied. Case had to be taken off to charge and I have a hard time getting case off.

You have to set the phone on the charger just so or it won't charge. I've set my phone on it thinking it would automatically charge, only to find out it hadn't.

This worked great for a week. After a week the problems started. I had this setup in my bedroom on my nightstand. The problem: I would set the phone on the pad as directed. It would seem like it was charging, then it would stop charging and start charging over and over again. I placed my wifes phone on the pad, same problem. I moved the pad to two other rooms and even took the pad to my workplace and got the same results everytime. I eventually had to return the product.

I was disappointed to find that the charging cord was not the standard usb cord that could be interchangeable with the iPhone charger cord

I don’t think it works for older phones. Example: iPhone 6/7 and some cases it won’t charge through. Other than that I really like it.

Convenient to set down unless you have a pop socket. Thought would charge faster. Our chords work much faster then laying on this charger.

Not really impressed with this. Case has to be off the phone in order for it to charge. Doesn’t seem to charge any faster than a cord.
