I purchased this device to use with my iPhone. And though a bit picky when it comes to placement, it worked like a charm... for about 40ish days. Now the device stops and starts charging every few seconds, causing my the screen on my phone to keep waking and going to sleep repeatedly. This has the added effect of turning my phone into a bit of a strobe light at night. I’m severely disappointed in the product, and its newfound ability to charge whenever it feels like it. An absolute waste of money.

My charger worked great up till it just completely stopped working. Ive been using it every night since ive bought it

This is a nice concept, you don’t need a charging cable to charge your phone, you just place the phone on the pad & it charges. The pad is small, it looks like a lid to a dish & comes with an adapter. There is a small led light that indicates charging & goes out when finished. It comes in 4 colors & is for iPhone 8, 8 plus, 10 & also Galaxy S8, S8+ * Galaxy Note 8. You can charge right through a case up to 3 mm thick. This was very easy to set up but I have an iPhone 8 with a very thin case & it charged so slowly, I took the case off & it wasn’t any better, I also had to move the phone around a bit because sometimes it lost connection if it wasn’t sitting exactly right on the pad. We then tried iPhone 8 Plus with an otter box case, charging was still slow but was better with the larger phone since it covered the pad. I would recommend it if you have the extra time to charge it because it’s portable, compact & no need for cables.

I put my phont to charge it says its charging but it dont and my phone gets really hot i have a samsung note 9

I bought this product with great expectations as a present to my wife. We both have the Apple base charger for Xs and its difficult for her to find the connector every night so I thought this would be a great solution. I was for about a week as the charger no longer works. All cable and connections are OK, the charger doesn't work with or without cover or on either of our phones. Too soon to fail, expected more from Belkin. I think I will return it and select another brand.

Charged my phone 3-4 times and then died; hoping I can return for something different. Very frustrating!

This charger should have never been made it’s sitting in my drawer as we speak I’m hoping to find a home for it or dump it

I had a chance to check out the BOOST↑UP 10W Qi Certified Wireless Charging Pad and even got to compare it with a generic Qi charger. When you buy the Boost Up 10W charger pad you get the charger pad, a wall adapter. ***To fully take advantage of the 10w, you have to make sure you phone can accept it, make sure you have the latest firmware. The iphone 8 when originally released was able to utilize 5w wireless charging but with at least iOS 11.2 (current iOS is 11.4) you get 7.5w wireless charging.*** If you're looking for a 10w charger pad, I recommend the Belkin Boost Up. You can't go wrong with Belkin. Using the 7.5w, it still takes slightly over 2.5 hours to charge.

It worked for a few weeks then didn’t. I was bummed out when it didn’t work anymore

Unfortunately and mysteriously we had to return this because for some reason my phone kept sliding off of it! We had it on a flat surface even took off my case and everyday the next morning my phone was not on the charging pad anymore.. We tried to figure out why and how but we didn't know. We ended up returning it.

I actually now have 3 wireless chargers now from 3 different manufacturers (including this one - I got 2 as gifts, so I now have one in my bedroom, one in the living room, and one at work), and I like that this one is sleek and it is easy to tell when it is charging. I also like that it (supposedly) is a rapid charger; I did notice it charges my iPhone 8+ pretty quickly, but I didn't sit and time it to compare and see if the info on the box is actually as accurate as they claim. All in all, I would definitely recommend!

I compared this to another 5W Belkin charger that I have and there's not much to say other than it works, it charges fast/faster and it's easy to use. Just plug it in and lay your phone on top. As others have mentioned, the top is a bit rubberized and the soft glowing white light is not bothersome at night. It's great to have fast charging from Belkin since it seems Apple can't get it's act together for their own wireless charging product. I suggest NOT waiting on Apple and, instead, get this Belkin charger. It will be money well spent.

While this device is very simple, it does what it was designed to do very well. I have an iPhone X that I charge with this, and it charges at a rate that I would expect out of a 10W wireless pad. Also, there is not much extra heat that is caused like by some of the lower end charging pads. The build quality is excellent, and the included cord is a great length. I love the built in rubber ring around the top to protect "naked" phones from getting scratched. Overall: very simple, so a simple review, but it does it well!

I just got an iPhone X and 8 and was. Excited about wireless charging. I did put otter box defender cases on both phones. The iPhone X was taking 2 1/2 hours just to charge 10% while my 8 connected was done in 20 minutes wired! I will continue to go old school with wires. I returned it!

It stopped working and doesnt charge anymore. I have no clue why it stopped charging. Doesnt turns on the charging signal light too.

Couldn’t figure out how to keep it working. Melts going on and off actually draining my phone. Used other brands successfully without such issues

Returned from a much needed vacation to find this lovely wireless charging pad waiting for me and my iPhone X. This charging pad is pretty much self-explanatory. Inside the box along with the usual warranty info and instructions is the charging pad itself and a power adapter. You just plug in the adapter to the power port on the side of the charging pad and plug the adapter into a regular wall socket. There's also a led light on the side of the charging pad to let you know its charging. Lay your phone down on it and it starts charging immediately. That's all there is to it. I've been wanting one of these charging pads for the longest and glad I have one now (especially after misplacing/losing my iPad charging adapter while on vacation). I totally recommend this to anyone and also convinced my sister into grabbing one for her phone. One this I wish it had (although this is in no way a deal-breaker) is a USB cable that could connect to my laptop. Not sure if they sell them or not but would be nice to have one.

I only had it for about 2 weeks and it stopped working. I have tried everything to get it working again. Looks like I will be returning this product.

This is a good case but seems to be tacky and doesn’t go in and out of your pocket very well. Other then that it’s a good overall case
