If you have the time to wait this is finsh. But im on the go and thought it would be charging lightning fast and it doesnt. I only use it at night when its time for bed lol

I returned the item with great difficulty. Best Buy wants you to return items in person to a store which is 165 miles away. The return process online is very aggravating. My invoice did not have a return address listed. My UPS label would not print. Tech via phone could not help. I finally found a USPS address to mail it back.

Won’t charge phone at all now. “bings” every 2 seconds - which means it’s cutting in and out of charge.
