I Called Belkin customer care... after a long wait I was put on hold, someone there took the call, asked me all kind of personal questions, email, phone number, address, etc... without even asking me what item I was calling about or what problem I was having, then when I stopped him from continuing to ask me questions I was able to tell him about the issue I was having with this product, Then he transferred me to a someone else who asked me the same amount of questions not even knowing what item I was calling about.... extremely frustrating. I returned the item the next day, I was not able to make it work... defective.? I am not sure but due to the way in which the handle the calls in customer care, I will not buy anything else from them.
