Please know that our charging pads have an Inductive type of wireless charging. This type requires direct physical contact between the phone and the wireless charger so their charging coils inside can be connected and aligned. For easy use, you may remove the phone case.

If you use a popsocket it wont lay flat on the charger and therefore wont charge. My wife tried hers and it didn't charge very well. Not sure if we were doing it correctly or not. We ended up returning them and we just charge the old fashion way with wall chargers.

If your phone is centered on the Wireless Charging Pad which is laid on a flat surface, then the charging should run smoothly with no issues.
