Our wireless chargers require direct physical contact between the phone and charger. The charging coils inside the phone and the charger must be connected and aligned, that's why it needs to be properly placed at the center. I rushed home so I could try it, and was amazed at the technology that was allowing my phone to charge without the need for a cable. However, after about a week or so, I found that I was consistently waking up after a night of charging, and finding my phone has even LESS battery power than when I placed it to charge. My battery performance has also been lagging so much that I think I’ll have to take my phone to get checked out by Apple. Very disappointed in this product.
