Didn’t work like I expected

Our charging pads have an Inductive type of wireless charging which requires direct physical contact between the phone and the wireless charger. For easy use, you may remove the phone case. Close any running applications as well to improve charge time.

If your handheld device requires or is capable of a higher power output, then the charge time may be affected when using a 5W charging pad. Nonetheless, charge time can always be improved if the devices are properly aligned, the case is removed, and any running applications are closed.
