It works ok
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The phone must be centered on the charging pad for it to work. It is slow charging. The only way iPhones will achieve fast charging is with a 29watt power brick and a lightning to usb type c cable. I tried it with galaxy phones as well, it works but it’s not fast charging. If you want fast wireless charging buy the Samsung wireless charger.

Posted .Hi Samsung,
The BOOST UP™ Wireless Charging Pad is designed to charge your QI-enabled iOS device of up to 7.5W and it should take at least 2 - 3 hours to fully charge your phone. If it takes longer than that, try to charge another compatible device so we can get this issue properly isolated. Update us with the outcome at [email protected] with your complete contact details and the link to this review for our reference.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Posted .Hi Jenn,
Our wireless charging pad operates through inductive charging so you need to align your QI-enabled phone at the middle where the charging base is located. The charging device must be no more than 8mm from the charging coil to receive charge from wireless power source. Should you experience issues with your unit, reach out to us at [email protected] with your complete contact details and the link to this review for our reference.

Good idea but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great concept but i wish you could charge it with the case on

Posted .Hi, Danielle,
You can actually charge with the case on. The Belkin BOOST UP Wireless Charging Pad charges effectively through most cases up to 3 mm thick but not compatible with metal cases as it may cause interference.
For queries or assistance, we're just an email away at BelkinCares@belkin.com. We'd be more than happy to serve you.

Not wireless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought the item was wireless after it’s charged and could be moved around. Item only works when plugged in so not much difference between charging from the standard phone charger or putting it on this pad for charging

Posted .Hi, Ranber,
The charging pad should be plugged into the power outlet to charge your device. The connection between the charging pad and the phone is wireless which should be convenient so you won't have to plug an adapter every time you need to charge. Please don't hesitate to tap us anytime at [email protected] should you have any inquiries or questions. We'd be glad to assist you.

||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Throw away society, entire unit must be replaced in less than one year. I had to buy whole new charging pad, adapter and plug, which arrived defective straight out of brand new Belkin box! Adapter and plug don't fit into each other! I returned defective item by UPS, the new item was sent however no tracking number! date shows it will take a whole week to arrive?? Meanwhile my iphone battery has drained low. They promised delivery in two days.

Posted .Hello, Ruben,
This charging pad only works with Qi-compatible devices, such as the iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone 8 units. Since it has an Inductive type of wireless charging, a direct physical contact between the phone and wireless charger is needed wherein their charging coils must be connected and aligned. For clarifications, reach out to us anytime at [email protected].

No good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slow charge take more time to charge than the ones with wire it’s better if you get the charger from the iPad and then you will notice the difference

Posted .Hi Khaloz,
We're curious how long will it normally take to fully charge your handheld device from 0% to 100% so we can easily identify if this could be a possible hardware issue. Try another Qi-enabled device, or if your phone has a case on, remove it when charging for further isolation. Keep us posted at [email protected] with your contact details and the link to this post for easy reference.

Posted .Hi, Ebby123,
Your Wireless Charging Pad shouldn't be that slow to charge as it is capable of providing a charging speed up to 7.5W when your phone is running iOS 11.2 or later. We'd love to have one of our Product Experts take a closer look at the charging behavior of your device.
